Rehabilitation
We can provide personalised plans tailored to specific recovery needs. Our carers work closely with our clients and their families to support their full recovery, including the restoration or improvement of any mental, physical, and cognitive abilities that may have been compromised due to surgery, illness, or injury. This short term care begins with a bespoke four week programme, but can be extended to suit the type and level of care required.
The types of treatments that may be in a ‘Rehabilitation’ plan includes:
- ‘Household Support’, ‘Clinical Care’ and ‘Complex Care’ to suit individual recovery needs
- Assistive devices, tools and equipment to assist with movement and function
- Therapy, ie physio, speech and language, occupational
- Mental health counselling
- Treatment for pain
