Live-in Services

Hamilton George is here to provide you with exceptional bespoke care. Whether you need companionship and assistance with housekeeping, physical and personal care, short term recovery support, or even the creation of a ‘hospital at home’ with your own private nurses.

Every situation and placement is unique and is viewed as such, but for those new to care we have found it useful to provide four clear initial options;

Using these as the starting point, our team then works closely with clients and their family in order to identify the best carer and build their individual care plan. Placements are consistently monitored and reviewed to ensure the highest quality of care and can be amended at any time.

Expert Support

At Hamilton George Care, we firmly believe in fostering a close, collaborative relationship with the medical community. Working closely with our client’s GPs and other relevant support teams, and with the guidance of our committed Medical Advisory Board, we are able to provide truly excellent clinical care.

The Medical Advisory Board

Our committed Medical Advisory Board is led by Dr Simon Moore MBBS, DRCOG, FRCGP, founder of Moore Medical Practice, Chelsea. Comprising some of the UKs most experienced and esteemed practitioners, their expertise spans a variety of medical remits including General Practice, Geriatrics, Palliative, Neurological and Surgical Care.

The board offers best practice advice and guidance to ensure that Hamilton George continues to provide the highest quality of care.

Joined up care

We work with partners including consultants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and psychologists to ensure expert levels of care and support. Our nurse can advise on equipment such as wheelchairs, hoists and stairlifts whilst a dedicated Relationship Manager is on hand to provide any support required from fresh flowers to trips abroad.

The team is on hand to help however they can. They are passionate about taking away the stress of arranging and managing care, in order for you and your family to spend your time as you wish.

Carer Training

At Hamilton George, we pride ourselves on only working with the best carers, offering them unparalleled training and support from our Registered In-House Nurse. We understand that outstanding care is about more than just clinical excellence. Our clients and their families deserve care tailored to them, from experienced, capable and compassionate carers.

We therefore created our CPD accredited and CQC mandated Hamilton George Carer School, offering unique online training modules that cover both the clinical and lifestyle elements of care, as well as specialist topics. From ‘moving and handling’ and ‘medication management’, to ‘etiquette 101’ and ‘working with other householdstaff’, this holistic training provides our handpicked carers with the tools and confidence to provide a life-enhancing service.

I truly want to thank you, Alyce and all your staff for being so helpful and guiding me - I really had no clue at the beginning of this ordeal. But it seems that your thoughtfulness, professionalism, and time have provided me with the right direction to follow. Needless to say, my recommendation will be 5 star.

Hamilton George was always one step ahead managing my mother’s care. I was able to step back, go back to being a daughter and focus on my children again

From a doctor's point of view I can be 100% certain that the carers Hamilton George provide will be above and beyond and take wonderful care of my patients. Gone are the days of numerous phone calls and emails back and forth for family members trying to arrange care. One phone call to Hamilton George and they will always far exceed expectations.
